Over 5 days we cannot get a report !!!

I requested a credit report for a client more than 5 days ago. An email was sent to say the report was sent on clients email but nothing was there. Client called and was still not assisted.

We sent an email with clients ID copy and proof of address.. and still we cannot be assisted.

An sms with log in details was sent but they did not work. We sent an email to notify on that no response. Client called again regarding the login details but still no one is sending the report . Please assist!!!!!! Clients details : IKE MOKHINE *** *** ***
