OUTDATED information adversely affecting my credit

I logged a dispute with Transunion on 13 February and here are my issues: 1. The dispute portal CANNOT upload important documents. The function is simply NOT working. 2. I then called the call center. They were aware that the portal document upload is broken and they asked me to send the documents to ***. I emailed my documents. The has been NO response. None. This query is urgent as it relates to my credit report which as been adverse affected due to outdated information still on Transunion. Transunion keeps OUTDATED information on citizen's credit report and they do not respond to disputes.
