Outdated, incongruent reports & bad attitude

Received my ITC / Transunion report (after having been denied finance) because the report is not up to date. More than 3 of my accounts had been paid up and on some payments have been made but a consultant from Transunion says they haven't received any further information from the creditors to update(correct) my report -SO WHAT NOW? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT?. Must i now suffer because someone at Transunion or the creditors hasn't done their job. Please clear my name of what you call \HIGH RISK &amp
