Outcome not sent
My dispute shows resolved on my portal but I didn't get any letters regarding the outcome of my dispute. On my portal it shows that it was resolved on the 5th of February 2024. Please email the outcome so that I will know where do I stand. All the 3 dispute nothing has been sent to me .
