OTP not received via sms

I have been trying to access my credit report, but I am not receiving the otp via sms.

I think my number has been blocked, as when I tried with an alternative number, it worked fine. I only have one number.

I have called numerous times asking for this to be investigated, I have not received feedback and still experiencing the same issue.

I have also sent email and received either no response or copy and paste text that doesnt relate to anything I am having an issue with.

Can you put me in touch with someone who is competent and can investigate the issue and resolve it?
