Not updating my credit report for over a month

<p>I had loans with GetBucks which I paid off.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been over a month now that I have been chasing GetBucks to update my credit reports and they say they have done so, and it is Transunion that is not updating. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is same story with the Miway Policy which I close in September but still reflects open on Transunion but closed on all other Credit Bureaus.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called Transunion and they are telling me to lodge a dispute. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why should I log a dispute when my credit have assured me that they did send communication to Transunion to update my credit profile? </p> <p> </p> <p>The rest of the credit bureaus have done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it so hard for Transunion to do the same?</p>
