Not updating credit reports!

The most frustrating service ever! After having to call countless times to get logged in because I wasn’t getting assist from their live chat or WhatsApp, I’m now calling again numerous times to get an updated report! I subscribed to the monthly plan, but I’m still unable to see an update report even though the payment deducted! Every time you want to do anything, you need to call the call centre and be put on hold for at least 5 min. Please do not subscribe to anything here!!! *** ***
