not updated info a=only up till 2018 march we are in May of 2019

i have been paying this monthly subscription and forever when i log in 2019 is not even updated on my profile,

what is going on here and why do i not get a service i pay for .

should i refer this to the onbudsman or the national consumer regulator and ask them to ask you to do what i pay for .

or will i get a refund for all the months paid and not receving aservice which i pay for

my contact cell ********** 107 **********
