Not Removing Unauthorized Enquiries

I am appalled by Transunion service. I have logged 3 disputes for unauthorized enquiries on my credit report which has not been resolved and still reflecting on my profile, was informed this takes 7 business days however to date no response which is severely impacting my credit score. I am a paid subscriber and did not expect to receive tis type of service from Transunion, Experian and other bureaus are quick to resolve issues.
