Not helpful at all

I've logged a dispute last month regarding an account which shows as unpaid for months but all my accounts were settled last year September. Transunion took Numbles word as the account was in arrears even though I uploaded the paid up letter and Transunion took Nimbles word and did not notify me of this they just closed the account. I called Transunion and they said to send the dispute to the Credit Ombudsman who came back and said they cannot assist and I should contact Transunion. So I'm stuck here as everyone just lies to me.
