not even 5 times out of ten do you get help

<p>i have complained and disputed so many times. about status codes info that is appearing on my credit profile for the last couple of months. trying to resolve the issues. using my company time and phone to still get no help from no one either they to lazy or they are useless in every sense. nobody contacted me back about anything after the waiting period the same problem appears on my profile. frustating!!!!!!</p>
