not clearing my name...low credit score

<p>i got my report 22april 2016 stating i have no issues i am clear...</p> <p>today 2june 2016 i apply to buy a car and its declined due to low credit score and other issues..</p> <p> </p> <p>the dealer told me i should contact I.T.C..</p> <p>THIS IS MESSING UP MY LIFE A I NEED A CAR FOR JOB PURPOSES..</p> <p> </p> <p>ITS UNFAIR TO US THAT THE PEOPLE OF I.T.C NOT UPDATING THE SYSTEMS..</p>
