NOT ATTENDING TO QUERIES

My credit profile after so many emails have been rectified but WITH NO SCORING, and i have a warning on my profile that there is a dispute on my profile What do i have to do to get this resolved? you have updated my accounts now why are you putting a warning on my profile? why are you not allocating the scoring?
