Not assisting me to clear my name with court order

I have tried to clear my name from Trans Union since February 2015. I got a court order proving that my name must be cleared and also sent them the proof of payment. The company that stated I owed the money no longer exists as the lady passed away they are just refusing to clear my name, I have lost 2 houses because of this. They are not helpful and I now have no choice but to complain to hello peter in hopes that Trans Union will clear my name.
