NOT ACTIVATING THE DISPUTES

Hi, have logged a disputes on the 5th January 2021. Ref number TU***. I have since send the required documents but it is not yet activated. When I check my credit report I have found it is still there. I called the Trans union and the consultant told me that they did not receive my documents. I have resent the documents over and over. Can you open the dispute please
