Non responsive to Dispute Requests

I have submitted numerous requests to get the my credit history for one of my accounts to be corrected. When I called the *** number the telesales person advised me to complete the online Dispute Form. I have completed these almost seven times without any response from Transunion. This has significantly caused a drop in my credit score rating.
