NON EXISTENT SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of transunion to rectify or remove a ********** account on my profile. I am stuck without a car and cannot get finance due to a negative score on an otherwise good credit profile. I have emailed the letter from the credit provider stating the account was ********** and has been closed to all the email addresses for transunion I can find. I have filled in contact us forms and tried calling with no success. DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK FOR TRANSUNION?? I need this issue sorted out urgently.
