No urgency

My Edcon account was paid November 2014. The credit bureau status was not updated. Although an instruction was sent to TransUnion. After applying for a vehicle finance I discovered that my Edcon account was unpaid for nine 9 months. I contacted Edcon and they resent an instruction 24/04/2015. I called TransUnion almost on a daily basis, only to get a response that they are back logged. Back logged since 25/04/2015 up to current date 25/05/2015, as I called this morning. I have numerous email from Edcon relating to this query and Hello Peter also have confirmation from Edcon that the instruction was sent 25/04/2015.<br> Pleeease help.<br> Need finance for my car<br> Credit bureau back log cannot make my application for car finance fail. This is nonsense.
