No Support available

I have been trying to reset my password for months. You cannot get a real person online. I go through the whole password reset. But then i do not recieve the OTP Pin. When you go to Support you only get robots. I keep getting mails about my credit report that us supposedly free but cannot access it as i forgot my password. So basically it's useless document and reaffirms my believe that transunion is not there to help the customer
