No service to paying client

imagine paying for service but the service provider ignores your requests, that's transunion for you. Their site doesn't allow me to send attachment of my dispute, the site always crashes, I then had no option but to send an email with my issue and also attach proof but till now, no one has bothered to make contact with me or even update my profile with the correct info. don't think I'll be buying their services anymore.
