No Service or help

Can anyone make a descent living i SA? When you ant get any service. I created my profile on trans-union years ago. Now i have to remember my logins which I obviously don't. I have moved a few times since as well. I an't seem to get help to UPDATE my details OR RESET MY LOGINS. I have send a few mails, i only get responses up to a point then nothing. Why? I cannot contact them via phone because I cannot get my security questions correct, and the do not respond well to mails. how can i get my report? Because apparently there lies something against my name. How am i suppose to sort this out? Please help!!!
