No service!

I have been trying to speak to a person at Transunion without success for 7 times now. Each time they tell me to hold on just to cut me off! Each time I phone back and try again. I really want to resolve an issue but how can you resolve something if the people who are supposed to help you cant even speak on a telephone! This is really bad bad service!
