No response to emails and note removing statuses!!

I have been emailing Transunion for month, to the point where I have now given up because of non communication. All you receive is a computer generated email and never human contact. I have been sending paid up letters and they do not action my requests. Not even to let me know that they received it. This is months ago. Are you not in control of what our record reflects? So now when I have to sort out my life I can't because you have not done your jobs??? I will take this matter further! You will pay for destroying my life!!! I expect a call. This is ridiculous!
