no response for my credit report

hello peter<br> My full names are Alimu Chiwamba and my passport number is BN435366.<br> <br> I app**** for a credit card from FNB and my application was rejected and was advised to contact TransUnion regarding my full credit report. I wrote them an email together with my passport copies and proof of residence on the 8th of may and upto now I haven't received any correspondence from them even though they say it takes a maximum of 48 hours to get a response from them. I also try to call them on ***0, option 2 and no one is picking up the phone.<br> <br> what is surprising me is I do not have any debt orders which can give me a bad credit record and the only debt order that I have is with MTN of which I am in good standing with them.<br> <br> I look forward for your help as this is now making me like I am a second class citizen such that I cant get the benefits I deserve<br> <br>
