NO RESPONSE

On the 16/09/2015, I emailed TRANSUNION and I completed the online DIPSUTE form, to date 28/09/2015, I still have note received any response or a reference number within the 48hr SLA.<br> I called the call center today 28/09/2015 on ***, the agent who attended were so clueless that I even ran out of airtime and the call dropped.<br> All I want is for TRANSUNION to ackwoledge receipt of the emails I sent since 16/09/2015 and that my DISPUTE on my credit info will be attended to.<br> Could I please now have some feedback TRANSUNION ?<br> <br> Hilton Campbell
