NO RESPOND FROM TRANS UNION CREDIT BUREAU

Since I wrote the review of dispute. REF NUMBER: TU*** asking then them to log a dispute they have not done so. All what they did was to reply to me was to say "your query has been escalated" since then I have never had anything from them. Can you respond to my query please. ACCOUNT of Telkom mobile to my credit report. I have logged a disputes regarding this account.
