No Process

This is the So called" Biggest" Bureau but can not transfer you to any one from Debt counselling department - take the longest to update a status and the one that does not acknowledge any emails - My Debt Counselor/Mediator who issued clearance could not get a confirmation from them despite them updating the flag it took many calls to resolve this. Why would my Debt Counselor need a POA when they issuing a clearance - Clearly I cant do it on my own
