No one can assit me in updating my profile

I have been deeling with Transunion for the last 2 months know asking them to please update my profile and every time i phone in and ask how far are they they say no i must put it through to head office or if i ask for team leader there is never one in the office i am sick and tired of them and will never recommend it to anyone.
