No longer under debt review
My debt councilor send an e-mail to all itc companies on 04 February 2021 at 08:46. I was told that it takes 21 working days from date that the clearance certificate was emailed. Everyone updated my profile except Transunion. I enquired about my profile on 26 February 2021 and was notified that they don't know why my flag was not removed, it was escalated and was told that it would take up to 24 hours. I called back today 02 March 2021 and still I'm flagged as under debt review.
Please I beg for assistance just waiting for you so I can buy a house and car.

04 Mar 2021, 16:43Transunion, I have been declared debt free and was told to wait 21 working days for your systems to be updated well today its 23 working days since you received my debt councillor’s email with my clearance certificate. I can’t get promotion at work for the last 5 years because of my debt flag as-well as buying a house and car, now you still want to hold me hostage whilst everything was forwarded to you in time. I’m calling you once more today if its not updated I’m taking this further.
