No keeping their promise

<p>I was black listed by avon on the 5th of January i called ITC-BA to find out how much am i owing and they said R1500 i even asked how long is it going to take for them to clear my name and they said i soon as their receive the payment the will clear my name but to my surprise my name is still not cleared, yesterday i called and they said i need to send them proof of payment of which i did that but today when i called they gave me a transunoin number and told me to call them, i called the number and the guy couldn't help and now i feel like they playing with my mind all that they wanted me to do is done but their failing to keep their promise and clear my name im out of options please help</p> <p>ITC-BA NO: ********** 109</p> <p>Ref: ********** 0225</p>
