NO HELP FROM TRANSUNION SINCE 2019

Hi have been struggling since 2019 to reset my profile login details. After several emails to Transunion - i have had enough because you waste your time and money calling in to try and rectify - they take 15 - 30 days to respond if they ever respond - i desperately needed my credit report from but as always they would not assist me because the street address on my profile is incorrect - even though i can name all my residential addresses cell nrs and emails....... they are keeping me from clearing my credit record
