no help at all

<p>I was on dept review, and cancelled in 2014. dept review company closed down...(not my problem!I paid them all the money to help me.They did not remove me from ITC... I consulted the NCR, they reffered me to credit balancing sevices, who eventually cleared me from NCR,and now I must get that dept review flag removed from my name at transunion........WHAT BAD SERVICE.........they dont want to listen to my story, dont want to help me because I cant provide the 17.4 form........I AM NOT THE DEPT COUNCELLOR!!!were must I get that???the people that can provide me with that, cannot issue that form, otherwise it will show todays date, and the law changed last year.........and I (the consumer) cancelled in 2014.....i have all the letters to explain what ive been working on for 2 months............REALLY......DOESNT ANYONE UNDERSTAND??????????? I AM NOT UNDER DEPT REVIEW FOR 2 AND A HALF YEARS, BUT NO ONE WANTS TO REMOVE IT!!!!!! I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY, FOR NOTHING..... I need a place to stay, and no agent wants to help me, because dept review flag is still there.....so I MUST stay in the ****ing streets for all transunion cares, just because i cant provide one form(thats not my responsibility to have)...people did not do their work 2 years ago, and I , the consumer dont have a say. thats not fair.......I Had to do avvidaveds....sent hours from work, and this is costing me a lot of money to phone, explain , trying to get the right papers, and they just say sorry.....because of one form.....they are not even prepared to read the letter from credit balancing services to explain why i cannot provide that form.... this is bull**** now!!!!!1</p>
