No feedback/response

you guys are quick to call a person after a complaint is logged but is, as far as it goes. you called and requested for more info, which we send you and now no feedback and no response on our numerous emails that we have requested for feedback. I don't understand what the delay is. we paid up all my husband's accounts in August 2020, emails with paid up letters was send in order to update his details with you but still it shows that he owes money. Can someone please tell us what more we should do in order to clear his name.
