no feedback received after numerous attemps no ass

last week i phoned trans union to request my details to be updated on paid up accounts, i was told to fax the copies through to them which i did. i then phoned to confirm receipt of my documents but was informed it will take 21 days and they can't check if they received my fax however i am free to purchase a credit report for R280 the more i stated i want to update my details the less helpful the call agent was. i am still waiting for a reference number which she stated i would get.
