No feedback or response

Am in a progress of buying a car, which i cannot do because transunion is taking there sweet time doing a credit report update!!! I have send them a letter from the back stating that my credit card is paid in full and my current balance is on a 0. I know that they are doing there update the 5th or the 6 of every month!!! i have sent them the statements that they want on the 29th of July 2015, no one has came back to me regarding this issue!!! It is very urgent that i need my car so that i can came to work and back and to get my kids to school and back home!!!! I just want to know when are they doing the update!!!!!! I cant do the free credit check on there system because its anyway asking for a payment to be made!!! This is pathetic!!! And to know that they are working with our credit reports. Will it kill someone to phone me regarding this matter and just to let me know if they going to do my update or not!!! Been wasting my time getting the things sorted what they need but they dont get back to me!!!!!
