No feedback on my clearance, 3 weeks later
Hi I submitted my clearance certificate etc on 8 November already, still not resolved. When will my records be cleared please?

10 Jan 2018, 14:33iT is now 7 weeks later, STILL not resolved!!! Head Office is suppose to uplift manually as there is a system error. Absolutely NO service or feedback from the team leaders or agents
