No feedback. No credit rating fixed. Consumers left in the lurch for the festive season

My credit counsellor submitted my paperwok ages ago. Still no feedback. I send an email following up on a staus report - no response. Nothing. The consumer has to be left in the lurch because institutions like this do not want us to have good credit scores after years of hard work in fixing our faults. Its extremely disappointing
