no feedback and turn around time has passed

I have been patiently waiting for you guys to give me feedback and its past the 21 working day period as I did a dispute, no one calls you to give you any feedback to keep you in the loop, I have called numerous times and told 3 different stories every time by your agents and I have reached a point where by I need this sorted out today as my score is which in that instance I cannot apply for any credit. Please sort this out Today as I am tired of waiting and its not nice when you don't know what is up. if anyone can call me to sort this out please may they do so.
