NO FEEDBACK

Good day can some one please assist me. I have been trying to get my free transunion ITC report and credit score.<br> <br> I have filled out the online application only to be told I am not the correct person who is applying for this report. <br> <br> I was then sent a form to fill out and requested to send my I'd copy form and proof of address to transunion which I have done. <br> <br> Hoping that this would be sorted out fast I am still waiting for my free report I then sent numerous emails only to be told some one will get back to me.<br> <br> Is this the type of service consumers are receiving where the agents of transunion open ones emails and don't respond. I even received email notifications that all my emails to transunion have been read but no one has assisted me. <br>
