no feedback

i have submitted documents to Trans union for assistance in clearing my judgement off my name as the debt has been payed off. i sent through the documents a month already and every time i call to get feedback i get informed i will be smsed a reference number and within 7 days the query will be resolved and the listing will be removed. i called yesterday and was informed of the same story. no message was sent nothing. I am still awaiting feedback and no one is saying anything. it was quick for them to list me without my knowledge yet now no one is assisting me with the payed debt.
