No customer service

I blocked my profile with the incorect pass word and have been trying for 8 weeks to have it sorted out with no joy. Transunion are quick to debit your account but are completely useless when it comes to customer service, which is non existant. If phones do get answered after what seems like eternaty you are disconected immediately. They also dont respond to emails except for automated reply to say they have recieved your email.
