No credit report for 2 months

I've been querying my credit report from the 19 May till date have 2 ticket numbers and Nonhlanhla states she escalated when i call in nothing is done the agents are of no help till date still no email with my credit report sent again a new request on the 02 June still nothing no response even changed the format of the documents needed yet I'm not helped what's the use of being the biggest company but be of no help
