No assistance at all/Shocking

I cannot believe what a nightmare it is to get in touch with transition and query content on our credit reports. For people whom hold important information regarding citizens, you have no assistance whatsoever, have tried calling where I just get told to take it up with the company when it is that company that acted *******ly, I send emails but get generic responses. This effects our lives including job opportunities yet you guys handle queries so carelessly.
