No access to my dashboard and score unfairly lowered
There has been an enquiry on my credit profile from RCs loans which I disputed, I never app**** for an RCs loan and did not intend to. This severely lowered my score hence I logged a dispute which has still not yet been resolved. I also cannot access my credit score on dashboard and I have an existing subscription with Transunion. When I log on I get a message that I should activate my alerts subscription instead. Please attend to my concerns.

It moved from 620 to 605. That cannot be right, i logged a dispute regarding this query which has still not been resolved. Please get my score back into order!
