Need some asistance

Hi My name is Brenda Ngete and I have paid up letters that I wish to submit to transition. I have been trying to send them via email to ********** and my ticket number provided is Ticket# ********** ********** 34 in late December. I sent follow up email again in January and still I have not received any feedback. Please provide an email address that I can send the information too and I have tried to contact 086 and hold on quee for more than 10/15 minutes
