Nedbank Personal Loans

I had a personal loan with nedbank, which has been SETTLED for almost 12 months now. This loan still appears as active in my credit report and I did query this at the beginning of this year already with TransUnion. I received a confirmation text (30 Jan 2019) stating that my account information has been updated as requested and reinstated. It is the 29th of March and I do not see any changes in my credit report. Kindly advice
