MyTransUnion report poor credit to MTN

I app**** for a new contract at MTN. I was informed from the Mimosa Branche in Bloemfontein that they can not open my new contract because my ITC or ICT report shows that I'm not creditable. I phoned MyTransUnion to get my credit report. I was immediately told of this package that I should buy from them that will allow me to see my credit report for I'm not sure R280 or R320 per year. Lucky I was on there website and saw that there were a R80 option that allows me to see the report. I took the R80 option to find that my credit points is 998 out of 999. I have never missed a payment on any account. Somewere, either at MTN or at MyTransUnion something is wrong. They can not say that I'm not creditable, and let me pay R80 for a report that says something else. I would appreciate if you could maybe look into this.<br> <br> Regards<br> Fanie Niehaus
