my name still listed under debt review clearance certs sent March 2021!!!

Good day ,please will you assist me with this query its been going on since March 2021,Since emailing my clearance certificates letters in March 2021to *** .my husband is still listed as under debt review we tried to upgrade his cell contract yesterday and the debt review came up we can't get my daughter a laptop please please can we urgently get this resolved Antonio Neil Campbell ID *** I am not sure as to why after almost a year of struggling we are still having the same issue please urgently advise ,please urgently remove the debt review listing as per email sent for almost a year now,I need to to please have to matter sorted out

He app**** for a credit card in December and Absa picked up that he is still listed under debt review how is this possible
