My May Profile still updated as if was in arrears, did lodge a dispute no help yet I pay them yearly

My May Profile still updated as if was in arrears, did lodge a dispute no help yet I pay them yearly. Other credit bureau my profile is updated correctly, and those credit bureau offer a service for free to the public, Experian to be specific. I am very annoyed, African Bank fixed the issue and yet you continue to tarnish my profile with false data. I pay for access to my profile, so that you protect my data and yet you are not doing your job correctly.
