My life is messed because of Transunion
I would rate this a -0 because they do not deserve a 1.
my credit score has been the same on Transunion for the past 365 days despite all the efforts I did to improve my score i have less that 3 enquiring but on Transunion I have 7 I have accounts reflecting that were closed in 2019 can someone do their job and stop being rude to us when we call and enquire about our records

14 Apr 2021, 13:01I am still waiting for transunion to reply, or maybe they are taking too long because i cancelled my membership because of their service we pay membership for nothing, i need my report updated.

15 Apr 2021, 10:38so you mean that for me to qualify for credit I have to pay you to update my sore? for the record I used to pay my membership until Transunion decided no to update my score, this is nonsense because this is not my first complain with you guys even when I was paying for my score my score card was not being updated regularly, so I paid for

15 Apr 2021, 10:46My African bank account is not updated my telecom account is not updates you only updated my enquiries because that is what I mentioned on my first complained, I see this because I have access to my free credit report, please do the right thing for the citizens and communities that relies on this report for sustained life style.

please note I only have 2 accounts not 9 I need this report updated before I can pay for any membership. I work hard for my money to pay for a no service facility like transunion.
